Utilities disconnect/connect, wheels, towing/fuel?

@Erick Martinez I used sites like 411.com and TLO.com, but most of the numbers these sites provide aren't accurate or disconnected.

I've tried calling the number on their website several times to get more info, but nobody picks up and I get disconnected before I can leave a message. 

Ted Schmidt - I think the disconnect here is that you want to sell leads, correct?

We had it disconnected in the basement all tenants were told not to use bathroom.

If that's what you are doing then you should have the information necessary to decide if the drop in value is a problem with the businesses themselves or it's disconnected from the fundamentals of the businesses. 

This means the water is to be blown out of the pipes, the meter disconnected, the water heater drained and anti freeze poured in pipes with p-trap or toilets.
