I was wondering if there is a natural tendency for Real Estate Investors to be drawn to this type of "investing" - investing your time and internet marketing savviness to generate passive income producing assets like web pages, affiliate marketing content, etc.  

So I started advertising to the folks at those other airfields and in online private aviation focused web sites.

They both had paycheck jobs and a side business with a web site/Facebook presence and all.  

Training webs/pods would be great though!

I have been researching "Checkbook Control" Solo 401(k)s here and on the web... 

They also offer external web forms to have VA's fill out without giving them complete access and it uploads the info into your CRM automatically. 

That seems to me to be the first basic instinct that is non web based when being a brand new guy to the game just starting out.

From what I understand, selling leads is not the same as a referral fee (which is generally illegal without a license).There are all kinds of entities (particularly on the web) that sell leads to various types of marketers without licenses.  

I own a web design firm and try to keep my W2's low.
