Any tips on filling Vacancies, Arbnb experience, high or low rental season strategy?

Can anyone who has done this offer any tips and tricks?

People value the payoff of real estate and investing, so I post my numbers, analysis and all the great tips that my businesses have profited from.

I had such a great time last winter riding an adventure bike (motorcycle) all the way down to the southern tip last winter (which is summer there) that we want to go back and spend some time in Chile and Argentina this winter.

I have sold my old fridges and stoves to other landlords who were putting them in their units while I was putting stainless steel appliances in mine.).

Also, great tip to study the rent with a microscope to determine the actual potential!!

If anyone has any advice or tips, please post them.

Any pitfalls to avoid or tips for making it a success?
