New to Real Estate Investing and BiggerPockets

Hello BiggerPockets Community. I'm Joel (pronounced like No-el, but with a J). I am new to real estate and BiggerPockets. I am interested in acquiring my rental property before the end of 2024. I am excited to get my first property and learn from this experience. If anyone has any advice or tips, please post them. Otherwise, I will be checking out all the content here.
