Doing it piecemeal will result in misunderstanding, incorrect conclusions, and misinformation on your part.  

The other thing in this response worries me a bit because it sounds like there was some misunderstanding on the purchase contract by either the seller, buyer (you), or the agents.

I think there's a misunderstanding.

With interest rates higher now, and with some misunderstanding of the terms (we thought payments were interest-only for the draw period, but turns out it's a flat 1.25% of balance.... a $700 monthly difference!)

Calling for pitchforks and torches over a mistake or misunderstanding seems way over the top.

Because those are the kind of people who are more likely to pretend to "misunderstand" or use it as an excuse that they expected it to be a regular side income.

I didnt see where they were able to do the full scope of Advertising the units, lease processing, and initial payment receipt.Did I misunderstand your comment above?
