What I have read regarding the penalties and judge's discretion to "interpret" an RTO seller's activity and the severity of the penalty for doing such makes this strategy wholly unappealing and not something I would recommend anyone else do either.

As @Joe Villeneuve said though, if this data was available broken down by market area then it would be REALLY interesting.On a side note, you can also interpret the graph this way: healthy "normal" macro ownership rates are really between 63-65.

I interpret the language as somewhat vague, but here is what it states:494.00721 Net worth.— (1) The net worth requirements in s. 494.00611 shall be continually maintained as a condition of licensure.(2) If a mortgage lender fails to satisfy the net worth requirements, the mortgage lender shall immediately cease taking any new mortgage loan applications.
