I'm never sure of the rules of posting that kind of info.To your point on the "series", yes that was my understanding and also thought it to be a good set up.Land Trust just creates an anonymous fog (so to speak) haha, so others don't know who the property is seeded to.

You're better off doing this for the first investment to grow your seed money, then use any number of other strategies after that so you can exponentially grow...instead of the linier growth you would get by using this as your only strategy.

With debt, some seed capital, and time, you can generate huge amounts of wealth and when the loan is paid off all that wealth sits in great asset for wealth preservation.

The grass will green up soon enough, but if you have any bare patches, now is the time to get that seed down - don't delay.I would not go as far as you or others have suggested - just no need.

The fund was seeded with oil royalties from about 1975 to 1985.

It's much more like farming where you plant seeds, nurture and water over time before you get to the harvest that feeds you for a long time.Lastly....follow up. 25% of my entire business comes from following up with people who tell me "no" the first time.

To grow your seed fund I'd recommend selling something, or putting a group of people together to seek out a large value add opportunity.
