@Edwin De leon While you are looking at multi-family properties for investment, consider the tax benefits available to real estate investors as well.

@Paul De Luca My plan is to connect with investors and try to find them and analyze deals for them till I'm able to get a network going, I was planning on having an investor and an investor agent to take me under their wing and mentor me.

We have multiple mobile home parks and other commercial properties (warehouse/flex office, mixed use, specialty - daycare etc) across IL, IN, GA, MI, NJ, DE, PA.
