Happens all the time.....your loan officer does a sloppy job, or You don’t supply All relevant info....in the end when reality surfaces, you get denied.  

They said they could even help with my deductible.My insurance company denied the claim later.But their quote is extremely high.

I believe I’ve reached a point where I’m eligible for a conventional loan however I’m afraid I’ll be denied.

In most cities, people with any kind of criminal record, even just an arrest, can be unfairly denied housing.

They have denied mediation, refused payment, and we are in litigation. 

Local portfolio lenders are no longer offering commercial loans in some cases, and construction loans are being denied.

They are denying these charges as two of them claim they had nothing to do with the stove top crack and it was like that when they moved in.

So it stands to reason that if someone can deny a person for having it, I believe they can also deny someone for not having it.I require the person's voucher to be for as many or more bedrooms than my house. 

At the SFH long term rental I am referring to I have attempted to use it multiple times and multiple claims are denied or they are just irritating to work with.
