This company shows up and give me bids after persuading me several time over phone that it is free.Now after they give me bid, and they send me an invoice for $1200 since I did not pick them as my contractor.They threatened to put a lien on my property if I don't pay.

There are a lot of options (no pun intended...but I couldn't resist) when you have an option.You can sell it, execute it....I guess you can assign it...you can wholesale it.....when you have a legitimate (SEE, I CAN SPELL...I spelled it wrong earlier) you have options for making money on the option....again...no pun intended..but dang that's funny.

This is a great startegy, but you must be careful as there are scam artists out there. make sure they do not get the cash until you verify the card has the balance stated.As for the 10% off coupons, these are usless to me as I get a minimum of 10% off without any coupons and typically, on a large order at the commercail desk, I have them bid the invoice out and get 15%-20% or more off my bill.It pays to be a good customer and form a relationship with the head at the commercail desk.

I was in 'highest and best' situations three times on that danged place and lost the first two.The second was a lot quicker, I think from the time of my first offer to time of close was less than 6 weeks.

I'd have to review that section but I'm pretty sure you return the remaining portion of their deposit with photocopies of the invoices for the repairs within 21 days of vacating.
