Hey Austin, I know this is an old thread but I was wondering if this tub and surround still looks good after more than a year.We've done this countless times now (to countertops too) and have had zero issues thus far 2 years in.

Even if you were to have an open/shut case against your tenant for the theft - it's still up to you to collect (after having spent countless hours & money on court costs).

What I can pass along from countless hours of research, calling, and meetings is banks are very reluctant to give a business line of credit to you for you to then take that money and invest it in real estate.On every business LOC application you are going to have to put what the nature of your business is, if you put real estate investment it will almost surely be denied.  

Hello I'm having trouble starting wholesaling I have been to countless seminars, read books, and study online articles on wholesaling real estate.
