Hi to all from SoCal,

I am a noob here on BP, I sure hope that I am posting in the correct forum (if not, I sincerely apologize, pls direct me to the correct forum).

After countless days, weeks, and months...Boom! - I finally found a house off the market, w/ the owner ready to sell.    

*How can I find a cash buyer / investors / flippers in my market area - Southern California - Inland Empire area?

Would I be able to navigate here on BP to find buyers / investors / flippers?

!Please help!
