I found that the low density living and abundance of land made people behave differently toward each other (more humanely), which more than compensated for the lack of large bodies of water.I ended up in Wellington, which is located about an hour and a half north of Denver and 15 minutes north of Fort Collins and I love it here.

Trying to complete all of these items in the manner that the buyer has asked, has been a nightmare and we have never had a buyer or their agent behave like this.

The wife's parents will not be contributing to the rent, but will probably live there around 9 months.We will be having the couple apply for the rental through Cozy, but we're not sure if we should have the wife's parents also apply, and/or whether we should put them on the lease?

We also have SFR's and tend to allow pets - definitely don't reduce any fees; pets will cause extra wear and tear on the property no matter how well behaved they are.
