Midland Mortgage Short sale

So recently put an offer on a house, was accepted by seller 25 days ago. This house had already been approved prior to us submitting an offer, but the buyer couldn't get financing so it got relisted.

The mortgage holder is Midland Mortgage. Has anyone dealt with them before? I know the previous length was about 7 months... which I am willing to wait but at the same time, I just want the house, now.
