Hello All,I have recently begun speaking to people and attending seminars like rich dad poor dad about being an investor.

We did the house hack method for our first few properties.Basically we lived in a duplex, then saved up for a down payment, then bought a new place, saved up for the down payment for our next place etc.Luckily my wife was willing to move on a fairly regular basis, and invest for our retirement.We are getting near the end of the ideal ability to house hack and have begun to look at doing flips (did our first one that is now on the market), and will look at trying to do a couple more flips and hopefully one or two BRRR properties in '17.

I've begun building my team and made contacts with attorneys, CPAs, lenders, etc, but am still looking for good recommendations on team members that are investor friendly:-CPA firm-General Contractor-Insurance Agent-Title Company-etc.Thanks and looking forward to networking!

For the past year I have been educating myself about investing and for the last few months have begun to deep dive into real estate investing, specifically buy and hold.

I have begun calling Prop.

I have just begun my journey into REI and stumbled upon BP while searching for information on various financing techniques.I plan to primarily be a buy and hold investor, and hope to start out by house hacking a foreclosed multi family.

I have begun looking in Forest Park and other nearby neighborhoods.

Now that I have some capital to play with I've begun looking into larger apartment buildings as I enjoy the asset class and see the benefits of owning units.

My question is whether or not somebody with power of attorney can legally sell a property once the foreclosure process has already begun during a bankruptcy stay.
