Hey everyone my name is Ryan Rachal and I live in Houston, Tx. My grandfather was a real estate investor and as a kid I would ride around with him to his various rental properties or go strolling for dollars, although I didn't know it at the time. Since then I've come to realize that real estate investing is a great avenue for building wealth and one that I could flourish in. For the past year I have been educating myself about investing and for the last few months have begun to deep dive into real estate investing, specifically buy and hold. I've come to Bigger Pockets to continue to grow my knowledge and create relationships while I prepare to purchase my first property in the next year.
