Hi San Antonio BP investors.  I've begun building my team and made contacts with attorneys, CPAs, lenders, etc, but am still looking for good recommendations on team members that are investor friendly:

-CPA firm

-General Contractor

-Insurance Agent

-Title Company

-etc.

Thanks and looking forward to networking!

Hey @Neil Sinha, I know that everyone tells you to have your team ready to go when you find that deal, but the reality is that finding the deal is really the hard part. Focus on finding a deal. Since you have a home right now, try out some contractors for small jobs around the house. When they prove themselves for the little things, then you might be able to trust them with the big things.

Insurance: do you have insurance on your house? Talk to your agent and see if they do builders risk policies, vacant home policies, rental policies.

After you start networking at the investor groups and clubs, you will meet plenty of people who can make recommendations for you. BUT for now, FIND A DEAL!!!

ps I have a meeting july 12th and Alamo Investors is a large group that has a meeting on july 13th. Go network.
