Some services are $149 flat fee, or 1% to put on MLS and some a d event going down to 3%, which is 1% for themselves and 2% for buyers comission...In most cases, I prefer do it myself for few weeks because i like the co tact with client and i have many creative solutions, lendersetc.... and maybe list it later... unfortunately too many realtors dont have any investment aide numbera, or experience, so they dont understand my thinking... usually they are not thinking outside the box on how to structure a deal creatively, put restive stuff in descriptions, adjust terms quickly over the phone with potential buyer, etc...But of course, everyone has to make money.

He was going to clean it up and dust it off and try to sell it in the upper $40k.There were 4 or 5 vacant houses on the 3 blocks we drove from the main road to the house.Renovated and rented houses in Ruskin are selling in the $60k to $80k range, but those sellers are buying them for $10k vacant and repairing with a Band Aid.

My other debts include493 Jeep 530 housing and bills 73 phone(tried to lower they won't let me)74 insurance(as low as I can get)140 gas (looking into a bike)160 (approximately for food)350 debt(pay high to get it away faster)50 health care I think that is it.

My guess is that the government will just step in and throw more money at it, putting a band-aid on it for now.
