Hey Mat,If they are political discussions, they probably got moved to the Politics group or shut down, either because the thread deteriorated into name calling or someone posted something against forum rules (like religious stuff).Any non-political stuff that goes away or gets moved is generally because the post belonged in a different forum or the mods determined that the post was spam or violated forum rules.

I agree with both Jason and BryanA that you don't see as many flippers here these days because many got wiped out on their gambles in the bubble burst.That said, I think it is harder to flip now tehn tehn because of only one factor: Any property you purchased back in 2004/2005 could be sold 3-6 months later for a profit of $50k to $100k without doing ANYTHIING to it.

Anthony keeps stating things like "on here" on postig, etc. giving the illusion that this spam is being promoted on BP.If it were, it would get deleted immediately.Anthony, you should save us all a lot of time and headaches by ceasing to bring this kind of crap to the table.
