Check to see if there have been police calls to the units.  

Got home and ran his name through local county database..........it was like he went ******* crazy one day:Unlawful discharge of a firearmAttempted kidnappingViolation of order of protectionResisting arrestFelony evadingAssault with a deadly weaponIllegal possession of a firearmPossession of methAssaulting a police officerAbout 5 misc traffic offensesNot bad for one day's worth of charges.Now I always carry when dealing with the rentals.

A big concern I heard from a police officer friend is that the humidity would be so high everything would sweat and mold.  

The cost of doing business.Even if you have video evidence it is pretty hard to get the police to do much about $1,000. 

There are also fire/police and school impact fees that would need to be paid to the county. 

an Ex POLICE OFFICER spoke and spoke and spoke for 2 DAYS ABOUT HIMSELF , sad he knew what the purpose of the course was to see how many people would fall for scam and apply for credit at end of course , he used his previous career to have people like him and then he used his wife who saved him from being shot because he stayed home on a certain day that someone else filled in for him and they ended up being shot, and he goes through two days of the course telling us his sad story and even does this crying thing while speaking , man he got about half the people to sign up an get approved for the credit $25k with the crying drama scene.

City hall, post office, police station.

Hi BPrs,I just got a letter from the city attorney stating that i have a warrant out for my arrest and charged with "criminal housing violations"...however i had filied the evictions before the city even came out and condemed my property...and the police refuse to arrest them for tresspassing stating "too many gray areas"....i am seeing how the courts are protecting the "professional tenants". what would happen if i just go remove them myself!

Seems like you should be able to call someone....like the water dept or police or something to hold the other people accountable.     

If one is legitimately harassing the other, I would have them call the police.
