Hi BPrs,

I just got a letter from the city attorney stating that i have a warrant out for my arrest and charged with "criminal housing violations"...however i had filied the evictions before the city even came out and condemed my property...and the police refuse to arrest them for tresspassing stating "too many gray areas"....i am seeing how the courts are protecting the "professional tenants". what would happen if i just go remove them myself!

Hi @Stephan Haas

I honestly can't think of a post where I would recommend getting a lawyer more.

I would recommend getting one and doing exactly what they say and nothing more. Good luck
