I recommend The Book on Rental Property Investing by Brandon Turner and Millionaire Real Estate Investor by Gary Keller along with Rich Dad Poor Dad.  

I know Keller Williams had a great training program when I started almost 20 years ago.

That's not always the case, as we got an expensive home in Keller rented within 2 weeks of listing. 

Also, "The One Thing" by Gary Keller and "Wealth Can't Wait" by David Osborne will help you determine your big picture goals and start to focus down on how to achieve them.

Any meet-up would need to be near Keller, TX on a weekday before 6pm.
