New agent looking to pick brains .

Hello bigger pockets, I have recently become a full time agent in Dallas Fort Worth ! I am very excited and motivated. My goal with this post is to attract any type of real estate professional and or investor that would be open to having someone Like myself shadow them so I can get mental reps and spectate real projects ! Or even if your an agent who mentors newer agents ! I’m currently Under contract with my first cash deal/ investors special type sale and not feeling as confident answering questions as I would like to be. I also want to learn more for myself, as my primary residence is a live in flip/house hack and I will begin to expand my portfolio when the time is right. If you or anyone that you know is willing to share knowledge please let me know ! I’m willing to provide value anyway that I can to the people who are open to this. I am a drone pilot/ real estate photographer in addition to a full time agent like I mentioned above. I’m also willing to treat someone to lunch! Can’t wait to hear from everyone !

Congrats on becoming a full time agent! As someone who is quite new to real estate myself, I can attest that networking with successful real estate professionals and entrepreneurs is the best way to learn and grow in the business yourself! I'm in the Houston area but I do know a few investors in DFW that might be open to meeting someone like yourself! 

Congrats on your first deal by the way! Not feeling confident in the beginning is just part of the process!
