First, I’m totally new at real estate investing, but I recently found a property that is perfect for a flip in a great neighborhood but when I looked up the owner on the tax accessor’s website, the address listed is the address of the uninhabited property I’m wanting to flip.

I live in Atlanta, GA and I recently found a run down house that I could wholesale, however, I don’t know where exactly to start and how to handle the legal contracts.

I think a fairly short focused list is way better than a big giant list of garbage you don't want.Now sometimes one man's garbage is another man's gold, so think about what works for you....I've just given you some examples...

Granted, it's been two years and I've just got a four unit, but the experience from that has catapulted me further than I thought it would, with brokers, lenders, investors, property managers, etc.

That I've just been using as hunting property.
