Tax Delinquent Lists

Hey yall. I'm talking to my county about a tax delinquent list and I don't know what specifics I need to ask her for to make the list, except for at least 2yrs back owed in taxes. Anything else I need to add?

You want greater than 24 months behind, total amount owed greater than $XX,XXX, no vacant lots, etc.
