Me and my wife want to be able to make our own schedules, go where we want- when we want, and have the ability to spend as much time as possible with our new baby girl.

I have also turned my girl friend on to REI, she joined BP as well and now we both are excited and trying to learn as much as we can.Our strategy is to pursue some buy and hold rental properties within a range locally to Jersey City, Bayonne, Union City, Newark, Garfield, and with the prices and returns here we feel the multi-family (2-4 Units) realm would yield better than SFH properties. 

For that matter, I paint, and install tile, laminate or vinyl plank.I do mostly month-to-month leases and I have "non-renewed" armed drug dealers, a girl with a "rescue" pit bull that was not housebroken, a couple where the guy had "anger management" issues that he took out on the doors (and refrigerator-- that had to hurt), and a psycho that killed the neighbors kittens.

Might be a little easier in Philly, though admittedly I don't know east coast markets all that well.Grats on the boy, my girl is also 16 months old. :)

I’m curious how other guys & girls are handling their relationships with their money guys or girls in the sense of how their partnerships are structured.

Experience has taught me that they rarely work out, one always has crappy credit, neither can afford the rent, one has a boyfriend or girl friend that crashes semi permanently, one invariablt moves out, the other can not afford the rent, they want to move in another room mate etc, etc.

Hey simple question guys/girls,When making business purchases on Amazon, do I deduct the taxes taken out as well, or exclude that?
