Looking for investors in my area focusing On duplex construction

Hello all, first time on bigger pockets.  I started out in building as a side thing.  I found an investor to fully fund my projects & it’s been going well.  I’m curious how other guys & girls are handling their relationships with their money guys or girls in the sense of how their partnerships are structured.  They fully fund the project from start to finish & manage the subs, realtor, attorney etc...  that said I receive a 20% commission of net profit, as well as being paid as a sub for all the excavating work.  Just wanted to  hear some thoughts if this is a fair shake or not
