I have used Quickbooks desktop pro for 5+ years and have been happy with it. 

Also with QB desktop, you must back up your data as a previous poster commented.Both have pro's and cons but either one should support your business.  

I was pleasantly surprised to find they can give me a sub $100k heloc for just $400 origination, $75 per year after the first year, prime plus 1%, and it only requires a “desktop appraisal” which involves looking at our home online and pulling the deed.

I was playing around with the fee options in the pricing panel (on desktop) and am curious how fees like the “management fee” impact the guest user experience.From what I can see if you choose flat rate management fee it will simply add that amount to the nightly rate on every night.

Does the TellUs app have a desktop version I believe it only has an IPhone and Android app?

If you want an accounting software with PM Features = BuildiumIf you just want an accounting software without the PM Features = Quickbooks Desktop, Quickbooks Online, Xero, Stessa.

We are local here in PC and are in the STR game. 

This works on mobile and desktop versions.

Note: If you have not already, you better have a system to save your receipts to have in case of IRS/State audit and invest in QuickBooks (desktop or online - I'm partial to online for ease of access) because your LLC will need to file a tax return.
