I've been working alongside my father for a few years.

I plan to save roughly 9,600 a year to buy a rental in Texas (I’m in Cali but I have a real estate cousin in Texas and plan to use property manger) alongside that house I want to refinance the other house which should be enough for a second rental so I’ll be 22 with 2 rentals I was wondering if I can get to 25 rentals by the time I’m 25 doing those same things refinance my rentals while also buying a house from saving over a year.

Along Side Self Storage, the Pick and Pack model business is also a growing one, as the internet replaces retail business.

Most more on the order of 90% than 50%.ABNB's P/E ratio is what changed (as did the entire market's with the sentiment shift towards huge P/E ratios), not their earnings.Their P/E ratio was 127 before, which is obviously insane and was going to adjust alongside all the other mega growth stocks.

You would be surprised how many people get great shocks when they move in that they did not know about the evening noises from neighbours, or birds, or traffic or...A couple of miles away from where I live there are some really nice houses right alongside a row of trees that nest hundreds of small parrots.
