Will also need to come up with a solution for the front door because the stoop is exactly 36 inches wide, which when you use a standard 36 inch door there is no room for the studs on either side or the thickness of the stucco.

The cheapest prep would be get a piece of plywood the thickness of the siding probably 5/8" or 3/4" cut out the rot and attach new piece of plywood directly to the studs.

.- Create  a thick file on each borrower will all full doc, value, underwriging info so as to be prepaired if the loan ends up in court or some debate with the borrower.- Terms;  I don't think actually that terms / interest rate was in the ATR section of DF but it makes sense to talk about max interest rate, loan period...

Tierra Verde is a nice area -- it's not in the thick of things but it's not too far to downtown ST Pete or beautiful beaches so it will get the same occupancy I would expect in other nice areas.
