Takes a while for the snowball to start accumulating and I was lucky to have "seed" money.  

To yield anything over time, you need to keep weeding it, watering it and taking care that you plant the right seed in it.In the long run, real estate has created more wealth in this country than any other commodity.

The re-defaulted homeowners don't go back into the Servicer's Loss Mitigation process, but rather straight to the Foreclosure one.I certainly understand the "investor" presence here and helping homeowners may not give you an instant income stream to flip or long-term for buy-n-hold strategies,..but I have found God with bless your business by doing the right things and the referral seed is priceless.Blessings ~Billy

A few situations are up in the air for me in my personal life, but by sometime in the middle of next year I should have enough information about where my life is taking me (as well as significantly more real estate know-how compared to my current nascent seed of knowledge), and I'm planning to find some deals and make an offer on my first property before the end of 2017.

At least, I won tickets to a weekend seminar on the radio (years ago) on my way to one of my business college classes and that is what planted a seed for my wife and I.
