These people are just scam artist.

There are good and bad people wherever you go but foreigners and especially foreign absentee landlords are an especially easy target for scams and corruption.

Just a scam? 

Judgement was entirely a scam, it was a 10 year old credit card debt I paid through a consolidation firm that never paid it, I thought it was paid, got sued and judge was angry with me for using a cell phone for phone court but no one ever told me to use a landline only, he was angry and just gave $26,000 to plaintiff. 

The guy's name is *************, and while he admittedly may look like and come across as your typical scam artist or "guru," he isn't.

It's a total scam, imo, and those who deny it are being dishonest.
