Been Scammed By FL Unlicensed Broker? Report It Here:

If you have been the victim of unlicensed broker frauds in FL and want to report them, here is the link. Remember, they cannot advertise or market the property unless they own it or are licensed. If they asked you to sign an agreement to market, they are asking you for permission to break state law. If you did sign, THEY are the ones violating the law. Report unlicensed brokering here:

Want to see WHO you are dealing with?
You can check here for unlicensed activity complaints:

Dealing with a licensee you question?
You can look them up here:

You can also look up complaints/actions against them as licensees.

Not long ago one BP scammer CLAIMED they were licensed. When I looked them up and they were not, their attitude got a bit nasty:)
I am sure liars hate it when you find the proof:)

Remember, FRAUDS AND SCAMMERS feel entitled to break laws and do as they please. State laws are in place to protect the public. There are only two ways to legally "wholesale"
1. be licensed
2. purchase, rehab, then resell.

Turn in the game players that victimize the public. This is the only way to help put a stop to those that operate illegally, victimize sellers, and give a bad name to honest investors.

Go back and look at my post about BP being a "hotspot" of illegal activity. The state is WELL AWARE of what is going on.
