Hi @Andrew ClarkI haven't been to Maui Mastermind, so I can't really speak to it either way but I have read a few books by David Finkel and really enjoyed them.I'd also suggest looking into Gazelle's Coaches, they're worldwide and we've had much success with one of their coaches who has worked with us one on one for about 3 years.

Not much work by big players or small rehabbers yet.The neighborhood still has a long way to go, but its proximity to highway access points, fairmount park, and still somewhat close to the train make it a good spot IMO for a long term strategy.

A small % in B- areas that could come up, but that's only if the lot size is just so significant and we can take a block off in one go.And if you are a large SFH buyer(especially in the sunbelt) you should be seeing some cold calls/letters coming in now trying to buy your house cash in the next 90-120 days from shell companies sourced by the largest institutional players.

So many people can present offers that aren't anywhere near what they appear....Not that you need or will know everything, but you need to know enough to spot the BS...I would tailor that to say, more specifically, "you need to know enough...to be able to determine who the good team players are".
