Real estate is something that is a passion and doesn't get old, so there is no need to retire from learning and investing.

Got my passion and enthusiasm, a wonderful and supporting family, great health and energy, an amazing support cast through the BP world, 49rs in the Superbowl (oh yeah!!!)...

Most importantly though, I've always had a passion for houses and how unique and beautiful each one can be.

I can't wait to meet people who have the same passion as me!

What distinguishes the successful folks from the ones that are not is the passion to keep going despite the obstacles.

What determines the success or failure of your choice is luck, your level of understanding, and your passion for it.If real estate is a goal simply to diversify, it doesn't have to be a primary business for you. 

If you are serious about taking action and not just romancing the idea of being an investor, then you could, as mentioned earlier, use credit card financing for all or part of the purchase price.
