Highway robbery that would have been for you.

Many people who have waterfront property or a marsh view will be looking at a highway bridge.  

Currently, we're in the process of selling inherited land which we live on to (a) pay off outstanding debts and (b) purchase a multi-family home to live-in and rent out.

A 14' wide unit is typically the widest you can go down a highway. 

Investments in infrastructure - ex. major roads, highways, new schools, etc. 

English is his second language but I'm fortunate that my wife helps translate my needs into Spanish for him, but does outstanding work; fast and reasonable prices. 

According to the listing broker, there are no outstanding major repairs or tax liabilities on the property.  

So I did some digging-- It was bought for $40K over 20 years ago---it's in a crime ridden neighborhood ( I suspect this was why it was boarded up) --it is in a neighborhood that is centrally located to highways, byways and downtown, and based on what I have seen/read/researched this area will eventually see an incline. 

I am hoping for the area to turn a bit being that its location is prime to major highways and amenities.
