Hey guys - I have a couple of rentals and have been using a guy named Pepe for general handyman type work.  English is his second language but I'm fortunate that my wife helps translate my needs into Spanish for him, but does outstanding work; fast and reasonable prices.  He's going to knock out a ceiling repair tomorrow that i need done before tenants move in this Saturday.  For plumbing/HVAC I use Mat's Mechanical exclusively (water heaters, furnace trouble shooting, etc).  Matt is a great guy, does good work and is licensed.  Lastly -my electrician go to is Phaze One Electric (Rudy Apodaca).
