The higher pressure is placed on ALL components of the system - toilet tank innards, faucets, washing machines, hot water heaters, etc.

We spent extra time with a mini-excavator because the house was so close to the neighbors (careful work takes longer)... also we had some hiccups with our dumpster company not doing what they were supposed to, so we had the machine on site longer than it should have been.This house we hired out the demo but provided dumpsters.

In my mind, going overboard in decorating ONLY makes sense if you don't intend to sell (as is the case you have described)....so you get to enjoy the fruits of your labors (and money spent).

Welcome Kyle,You are about 100 steps ahead of yourself, of course you want to know the pit falls of the business, but going down the rabbit hole of 'what ifs' before any of them ever happen (if they even WILL happen) is a wrench in the cog of the machine for sure.
