Maybe you can talk to a developer and put up some structures (houses, strip mall, apartments, wind turbine, cell tower, etc...)In any case, the sky's the limit.

It was easy to look up her business and cell phone numbers, email and home address. 

Interestingly enough we we cleaned out her stuff from the house there was a DEEP FAT FRYER IN THE ATTIC WITH OIL IN IT.

No cell phones but computer access, etc.

The big, fat, easy wins are getting harder to find but as a real estate investor, I am in it for the long haul.

My property manager handles all the maintenance, so it would fall on them, they should be checking the properties to make sure they are taken care of. the town has my address, cell phone number and email, they also know who my property manager is for all my properties. i would call the town hall and make sure that all the departments know how to get a hold of you or your property manager. all your information should be on their books for the taxes, start with the tax office, that's usually the main records they go by.

Does anyone know of an easy/free phone number service that can give me a new local "throw down" phone number to forward straight to my cell?
