Help with first property

Hello, my name is Nolan McCloud. I have always had the dream to get into Realestate. Not sure if I want to fix and flip or brrr but I am ready to pull the trigger on my first property. I am confident but I would like a little help and guidance to save me from making mistakes.

Besides BRRR and fix and flips, there are other ways to get your feet wet in real estate investing. I would suggest looking into "turnkey real estate investment" companies.
