Unfortunately this deal just fell through for me, because the Seller was very emotionally attached to the property and didn't want any tenants to be evicted so I could live there (doesn't make any sense why they accepted my offer in the first place...)The other 3 were duplexes that sold for way over asking to the point where the numbers wouldn't have made since for me.
