the site does seem a plethora of information in digestible bites. being able to "watch" things unfold within real examples is fabulous. :) 

If we can use a tract builder the price goes way down. 

I am trying to get a clearer shorthand of real estate development.For the purposes of this discussion, imagine there is a parcel of land that a developer sees as potential for a housing tract.

I purchased some farmland in SD at an IRS tax sale in January of 2021, the previous owners owed the IRS 1.8 million so the IRS siezed and sold 3 tracts of land in an attempt to collect their debt.

Are the homes around your lot tract homes or are they custom? 

I'm still digesting my notes and take-aways, and would love to hear what people thought and are planning to implement moving forward. 

The hard part is the manner of ambiguity they've approached this entire fiasco, so "periodically" is a tough term for a lot of us to digest.
