I agree with Darrell it isn't as easy as the 'guru's' make it look in their E-books.

I would also suggest reading the Ultimate Beginner's Guide and the other e-Books on the site.  

I have always wanted to do Real Estate Investing, so I finally started listening to podcasts (that's how I found you guys), ebooks and researching online.

I even have an ebook coming out on this topic! 

Some are about specifics like wholesaling, turnkey, buy and hold, and property management (the BP Podcasts, the BP e-books, The Millionaire Real Estate Investor, etc. come to mind) while other topics are bigger picture items like asset allocation, financial freedom, and mindset (Think & Grow Rich, How to Win Friends & Influence People, and Rich Dad, Poor Dad are a few examples).One thing I have not seen much reference to on BiggerPockets is online videos.
