What should I do if I have no money but I want to find some financing to buy my first property. What options do I have to get some money?

Number one choice: Spend less than you make and save the extra. You may think I'm being flip. I'm not. This is the number one way people accumulate money to invest, whether it's investing in real estate, stocks or bank CDs. If I could only give one rule for financial success, "spend less than you make" is it.

What are you wanting to do? Buy rentals? Wholesaling? Fix and flipping?
