If you're a serious buyer and have a solid broker/agent relationship, but don't have the property under contract just yet, it can help to have the agent/broker refer you to a PM company.  

I am trying to avoid the Broker/Agent to be so hungry they'll sell me anything.

Every state has its own definition of what constitutes real estate brokerage.

I know you can't work for two brokers at once, but is it acceptable for me to be an assistant to an agent at another brokerage other than my own?

But, would that not be illegal and acting as a unlicensed broker/agent?

I believe I know of a realtor out there with my brokerage I can recommend, but I'll withhold to see if another BP member chimes in who does.
