@Mike FrancoSo which is it.. you have to either “term” out your tenant at end of fixed term lease or.. you have to take it off the market for a year.

@Dan HeuscheleI agree with Russell, I have PM’s as well and have had to get on a call with a tenant prior - not ideal but at end of day even hiring PM’s does not mean real estate is active, few things pop in my head on this1.
