I remember back in the early 2000s there were a couple of big name note websites that were full of daisy chained notes and notes that weren't worth the paper it was written on but they were getting sucked up by dumb money.There are still a number of "guru"s that come out every now and then with a book or seminar on how to get rich quick buying and selling notes.

My wife & I attended a 3 day Rich Dad Education workshop and it clicked for her and now I rely on her "intuition" regularly [of course it took me 15 years to realize this].I always recommend reading and/or listening to as much as you can.If you haven’t already, please read/listen to these books ASAP!

After graduating from college a year ago I've been learning the ropes of real estate investing through this site, through various books (Rich Dad Poor Dad series especially) and some freelance work.As good as the books and online material out there are, I'm looking to work for an investor so I can learn the nitty gritty of the business and get started investing myself.
