I was able to find it, I must have scrolled past it the first time!

On Facebook yesterday (a rare event) and was scrolling through the list of people I may know who they suggest as "friends", and was surprised by the number of people shown who I actually do know (a shockingly accurate listing).

Too limited you say, ok, let's scroll out: For myself, not a chance I would ever do any investing in Thailand UNLESS it's DIRECTLY with the (a) owner operator, (b) LEGIT investment capital commiserate with the LEGIT revenue expectations, (c) and they offered a lot more than just rooms.

Go to arsrealestate.com and scroll to bottom of the page.

A rough guide of which states treat CFD's differently than mortgages can be found here http://contractfordeed.uslegal.com/state-laws/ Just scroll down to the state you want and usually at the bottom there is a case law section that sums it up for you.

You should probably be fined for posting something that takes 3 minutes to scroll down....and back up again!
