Very quickly, what I noticed on WeedMaps.com is that you can find walk-in dispensaries in the areas policed by the sheriff's department but not in the jurisdictions with their own police departments.

They will tell you about deaths, divorces, Foreclosures in process, people who party too much, people who are in jail, people are ar crazy, etc.They will also tell you about vacant properties and police actions in the area.Be clear what you're hunting for.
