It's the ------ Condo Association.You mention in your letter dated --- paragraph -- to me that the --- Condo association through --- requested previously on multiple occasions that you (I) remove bird feeders from the Associations common area property and that you (I) discontinue feeding birds with the association. - Please provide copies of theses 'multiple requests' that were supposedly made prior to your -- letter because I know not of them.

I may have only a few days to try to get something going..I see this as an opportunity for real estate investing/transacting,  but I also see that this an occasion where I can help someone in a bad situation and possibly make something better of it.Through the mutual acquaintance I know that he has not talked to his bank or a realtor, but he would be willing to talk to me.

On occasion they can be more lucrative than long term rentals but they require more work such as scheduling cleaning maintenance repairs maintaining a good list of contractors that can work on emergency details like electricians AC plumbers etc.
